Sanjay Dixit busts the myth that Alexander defeated Puru (Porus) in the Battle of Jhelum (Hydaspes). The fact is that Alexander lost the battle and entered into a Treaty as a defeated King. Then he beat a retreat through the Indus river, losing most of his Army and himself losing his life while on his way back to Greece.
