Jihad has at least 4 dimensions - narrative, indoctrination, propaganda, and terror. What we saw after Pakistan's win against India is the dimension of narrative building that Allah destroys kufr. It starts with assertion, and is followed by repetition, corroboration and manufactured evidence. Similarly terror starts with encroachment, followed by expansion, RULLS (random unceasing low level scattered violence, and then big violence. Indoctrination and propaganda have similar levels.
