David Morrell: Legendary Author and Creator of Rambo

He has written dozens of books, the Captain American miniseries <em>The Chosen</em>, and issues of both Savage Wolverine and The Amazing Spider-Man.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>His other notable works include <em>The Brotherhood of the Rose, The Fraternity of the Stone, The League of Night and Fog</em>, The Thomas De Quincey historical mystery series, <em>The Totem, The Fifth Profession, The Hundred-Year Christmas, Double Image</em>, and many others.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Morrell’s work has received widespread critical acclaim: He is an Edgar, Anthony, Thriller, and Arthur Ellis finalist, a Nero and Macavity winner, and a three-time recipient of the Bram Stoker Award from the Horror Writers Association.
