The difference between a problem and a solution is action. It may sound simple, but most of the time, it isn't. It requires motivation, commitment, determination, an open mind, and the will to tackle the issue from different angles. Until you find the one that works well enough.
Suppose this is true, and it is, for each problem; it is even more so when we talk about disabilities, diversity, inclusion, and how our societies have dealt with them since the dawn of time: there is a place for diversity, but that place is not with the majority, not in the system that works for most.
Change requires efforts, understanding, solutions, determination, and ultimately the policymakers' desire and commitment to make it happen.
Today out guest told us her story of how you can start the process and eventually make such change happen__ spoiler alert, she is still fighting for it every day.
