EP100– How to Align Your Team So You Can Step Back from Operations - With Ian Luckett & Stuart Warwick

Early on Monday 8th August 2022, we had our very first LIVE podcast session, and we streamed it LIVE on our Facebook Group, there is no other thought than sharing it with you. This one's for those who want to listen again and for those who missed this special episode.

As a kickstart, I personally shared my corporate experience as a team member for six months. A memorable one, and mind you, I was just only 25 at the time. It is where I learned many things that started my career in Leadership.

Then, Stuart gave his insight about the importance of understanding how to approach growth and change in your MSP. As it is not all about revolution but evolution, the two tracks you should elevate in your business.

Here, we talked about our core philosophy and the very important 3 leadership pinnacles – Personal, Strategic, and Team Leadership

Stuart emphasised the thing to let go in order to succeed in the journey.

In one of the highlights of this episode, we introduced our Scale with Confidence model (you can learn more about this if you join the group). Together with this, I emphasized how learning new things could really help develop ourselves as leaders. Stuart then talked about the fear zone and the importance of why and when you should do things within these zones.

We then discussed what good leadership looks like and how it could help you align yourself with your plan

By the end of the episode, we answered two questions that are about how to find and make time amidst all the busy stuff going on in your life and the other on how to get a team into taking ownership.
