Show Notes

This episode is a two-part podcast where I share with you the interview that BBC Radio London held with me talking about how to adopt to the new way of working.

In this episode, I tackle the four key points and break down the tips and strategies in adopting a hybrid working environment, I share with you the 7-minute audio clip of the interview I had in BBC Radio London.

In the interview, I talked about how to set up a routine when working from home and the changes we've seen on how we work more effectively in this new way of working.

The second part of the podcast is where I share and discuss with you the following tips on successfully adopting this new working environment while growing your IT & MSP business.

The four main points are:

  1. Having a routine
  2. Having a great environment
  3. How to motivate your team?
  4. How to help out and find out if someone is struggling working remotely?

I also talked about how these tips are not only for you but for THEM (your team) and more tips on how to coach your team remotely.

Since this episode is a two-part podcast, that mean you have double the value to give you so you can take your IT & MSP business to YOUR NEXT LEVEL while working on a hybrid environment.
