When Bobby Albert's father passed away, Bobby had to take over the family business as a 20 year old. Bobby discovered the business was upside down financially. The bankers wanted to collect and shut the business down. But Bobby found a way to make the business succeed and grow 500% in profit even during a bad recession. But the profit wasn't Bobby's focus. Profit and increased revenue was just a byproduct of Bobby's real focus, and that was learning how to be a good servant leader. When Bobby learned how to lead by serving, it changed everything. Workers wanted to work harder, business increased, everyone felt more fulfilled just by Bobby practicing good Biblical servant leadership.
