Andrew Keel is the owner of Keel Team, LLC and his team currently manages 14 manufactured housing communities across six states—Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. His expertise is in turning around under-managed manufactured housing communities by utilizing proven systems to maximize the occupancy while reducing operating costs.
He also specializes in bringing in homes to fill vacant lots, implementing utility bill back programs, and improving overall management and operating efficiencies, all of which significantly boosts the asset value and net operating income of the communities.
Two interesting facts about Andrew: he started out as a “Lonnie Dealer,” investing in individual mobile homes and that in order to successfully implement his management strategy, Andrew usually moves on location during the first several months of ownership to implement his management plan.
