Keith Rodgers is the founder and chief executive officer of Provide Interests, LLC. After a successful career building and managing sales forces, Keith began his real estate journey in 2002. He first started doing wholesaling and retailing and eventually transitioned to doing rentals and seller financing.
Provide Interests is one of the largest owner finance companies in Texas. They employ various investment techniques to determine the properties they purchase so it can yield the best return for their investors.
To date, he has over 3, 000 investment properties. He also manages many of those properties. Keith also enjoys coaching investors so they’ll become the top producers in their fields.
