Nick Aalerud is the brilliant real estate investor behind AA Real Estate Enterprise (AARE). Nick acquired the firm in 2005 in the hope of assisting distressed homeowners and providing affordable and safe living for prospective homebuyers and tenants. Over the years, the company’s focus expanded and now includes rehabbing, new construction, short sale mitigation, rental properties, and wholesaling.
AARE has successfully completed over $70 million in real estate transactions including more than 170 rebuilds and rehabs. The company also has multiple active projects that are currently in process. In addition, they are also managing over 50 rental units in Pennsylvania, Florida, and New England.
