Andrew Newlon is a tenacious real estate investor from Springfield, Missouri. He owns and runs Ozarks House Buyers together with his best friend, Josh. Thanks to his gift for building businesses and creating data (and the systems behind it), they’ve been crushing it in the real estate space. In fact, this year, they are looking to do at least 120 deals.
For Andrew, what sets them apart from others is they are not real estate agents. In other words, they won’t list houses or help people sell theirs. They are in fact a legitimate house buying company.
