In today’s episode, we talked to two inspiring gentlemen who share one amazing vision—bring their clients powerful passive income month after month. Jack Gibson is the president and co-founder of High Return Real Estate while Jeff “Shecky” Schechter is also the co-founder and CEO.
Jack ran a thriving multi-million dollar company before he got into real estate. After buying his first investment, it became five, and he has never looked back. Before he knew it, he already had 50 investment properties that are all bringing in steady passive income. Nowadays, he spends much of his time building his real estate portfolio, mentoring other entrepreneurs, and helping other investors create passive income from real estate.
Jeff’s love affair with real estate on the other hand began in the 80s when he started flipping homes he once lived in. Well versed in both sales and marketing, he has bought and sold numerous properties and is still an active investor to date. He also runs a private consulting practice where he coaches other entrepreneurs so they will thrive and realise their full potentials.
