When Brad was in the 9th grade, he read a book about buying real estate and has been passionate about it ever since. He holds a bachelors degree in residential property management and an MBA in real estate. Prior to founding Express Home Buyers, he was the CFO and Senior Vice President of a local development company that bought and renovated distressed multi-family properties and converted them to low-income condominiums to rentals.
