Tripp has over 20 years of experience in property management and building. He was introduced to real estate at the young age of 12 years old by his father who was a fix-and-flipper. After gaining lots of rehabbing and property management experience while working underneath his father, Tripp put his mechanical engineering education to work and began building custom homes. To date he has built over 40 custom homes!
Tripp also invests in storage facilities and has over 14 facilities throughout the state of Alabama. On Today's episode, Tripp is going to share insight on how to invest in storage units with tips on finding a mentor, financing, the importance of location and so much more!
