Lee and Jessica began doing short sales together back in 2007, and after realizing how much their personalities and talents complimented one another, they decided to join forces in 2009 and expand business to encompass HUD properties across multiple southern coastal areas of the United States including South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Ten years later, the team is still going strong closing 100 deals a year!
