Today we are super excited to interview Mr. Steve Richards! He is a local investor from Indianapolis, the Vice President of the Indianapolis Real Estate Investors Association and holds a wealth of real estate investing experience that he is going to share with you all today.
Steve began investing in real estate back in 2004 and flipped his first property within 6 months! He has done it all from wholesaling, flipping properties, buy-and-hold investing, the list goes on. He eventually transitioned into buy-and-hold properties that evolved into a property management business and a construction company. Over time, Richard found himself unhappy because he was working in his business and not on his business.
