From Barcelona, Guy Hedgecoe explains how things are shaping up for the Catalonian regional parliament's snap election in two week's time, the results of which could determine the future of the region - inside or outside Spain. In part two we talk to Richard Barrett about the threat posed by ISIS fighters returning to Europe now that the group's territory has been drastically reduced. Richard is the former director of global counter-terrorism at MI6 and is now director of the Global Strategy Network.
