Show Notes

Today’s guest is Dr. Leah Kaylor — a licensed clinical and prescribing psychologist who has served as the FBI’s sleep and trauma expert for over five years. With a rare blend of forensic insight, trauma expertise, and cutting-edge sleep science, Dr. Kaylor has dedicated her career to helping high-stakes professionals — from federal agents to first responders — perform under pressure and recover from trauma.

She’s certified in EMDR and Brainspotting, and her work has included psychological debriefings after some of the most high-profile and emotionally challenging incidents in FBI history. Dr. Kaylor now shares practical, science-backed sleep strategies through her YouTube channel, and in her upcoming book, The Sleep Advantage, launching October 1, 2025. Her mission? To make better sleep — and the resilience it fuels — accessible to everyone.

I’m honored to welcome Dr. Leah Kaylor to the show!
