Dr. Vanessa Calderon, MD, MPP is a Latina Life and Leadership Coach and a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician. She has over 20 years of leadership experience and is the founder of the Latina Leadership Accelerator, where she uses education, training and coaching to support the personal and professional development of Latinas at all levels of their careers. Dr Calderon is also a resiliency expert and the Wellness and Resiliency Director of a National Multispecialty Physician organization.

Dr. Calderon is married and has two young children.
