It was a rough week on the Internet last week, with outages and incidents across multiple services and providers including Slack, Zoom, AWS, and Verizon. However, in today’s episode we’re going to focus exclusively on Sunday’s CenturyLink / Level 3 outage that according to Cloudflare, caused a significant 3.5% drop in global Internet traffic, making it one of the most significant internet outages ever recorded.
