When all we can name and address are the core feelings it leaves us unable to fully interact with the world. It leaves us shutting down or lashing out. Here I talk about something that I was able to learn and address in my own life by digging into those core feelings and learning what was really going on. This then allowed me to show up and better interact with my wife.

When we understand our story we can recognize the things that are affecting us and how react to those around us.My name is Seth Bowman. I am a recovering porn user mentor and coach. I have spent the last five and a half years working actively on my recovery. I have been leading groups for addiction and self mastery for four years and have done individual coaching with men. I wrote and co-teach with a therapist a course for men to help them to understand and empathize with what their wife is going through with betrayal trauma. I love helping men to find and become their best selves.
