On this week's episode, I welcome a close friend and industry visionary, Atit Jariwala, CEO of Bridgeton Holdings. This truly incredible interview dives into Atit's fascinating life of growing up in St. Louis, MO in which he helped his parents manage the motel they were living at. Atit shares with us that he applied to Yale University after only reading that it's acceptance rate was higher than Harvard's, and ultimately attending the prestigious school without even visiting it once! He explains that his first job in investment banking led to getting involved with Citi's Real Estate & Lodging group because of his childhood experience and then he decided to attend graduate school. Atit's first real estate deal was in New York City with a family friend asking him to find, operate and sell an investment, with no experience to date.
