Show Notes
On this week's episode, I have the pleasure of welcoming to the show Dan Hurwitz, founder and CEO of Raider Hill Advisors, a private retail real estate investment and advisory firm. Over the course of his career, Dan has held a variety of positions including CEO at DDR Corp., interim CEO of Brixmor Property Group and Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate and Corporate Development for Boscov's Department Store, Inc. Tune in to hear how a liberal arts education and a major in History helped shape the way he dealt with real estate, as well as how his first job after college set him up for a passion in retail. Dan also shares stories about his late mentors and how they helped facilitate a successful career in real estate investment and taught him at an early age a lifetime of experience. Later in the show, I also welcome Marious Sjulsen of Equity Multiple, Peter Steier of Avison Young's Capital Markets Group and Stephen Denardo of RiverOak Investment Corp. for a panel!
