This incredible interview dives into topics and information about Joe that even I never knew about after knowing him for close to two decades. Joe's has an incredible story which begins in starting at an investment banking firm, working crazy hours, which ultimately led to him moving up in the banking world. He talks about meeting great mentors along the way and how those relationships formed bonds in his life. He talks about some of his first deals in the real estate industry and how he didn't see a single paycheck for close to 21 months. Finally, Joe gives us an inside look at how his deals are so incredibly successful and how building teams is the true key to his success.
