In this interview Jessica shares with us how she ultimately got the real estate bug going to Northwestern in Chicago and what led her to get her Masters of Business at Kellogg School of Management. Jessica also explains what it takes to make it in the industry whether it be being someone who is tenacious and goes after deals or it's someone who is creative and thinks of different ways to get a deal done. She also shares with us how she sees the future of retail and why she is still bullish on it going forward.
