The multi-million euro legal battle between the Web Summit co-founders, Paddy Cosgrave, Daire Hickey and David Kelly, has been described as a bitter divorce, with no prospect of an amicable resolution. The clash between three of Ireland’s most prominent tech high-flyers has begun, and the first shots in anger have been very acrimonious indeed. Allegations of blackmail, sexual harassment and even kompromat have emerged this week as the trio embarked on a nine-week trial in the High Court.
