~~ Remedy of the day ~~

No remedy today but a word of warning.

Antioxidants under certain circumstances will become pro-oxidants.

Anti-oxidants in the presence of certain metals such as mercury will become pro-oxidant.

Anti-oxidants like vitamin C in high doses will also switch to oxidants.

Whether this is a 'good' or 'bad' thing, I will not comment on yet
