Join Professor Iain McInnes for the latest episode on The Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Disease Forum, where he discusses the latest information and data in RA. In this episode, he discusses two papers related to the long-term safety of JAK inhibitors compared to TNF inhibitors. In our first paper, Christina Charles-Schoeman and colleagues assessed the risk of venous thromboembolism in patients with RA initiating tofacitinib or TNFi. Our second paper is from Roy Fleischmann and colleagues compare the long-term efficacy and safety data of upadacitinib switched from adalimumab and in adalimumab switched from upadacitinib.
