Today Scotty is going to ride along in Macho's brand-new spaceship, and he's feeling a little nervous. Scotty's never been to space before, and sometimes doing new things can give you uncomfortable feelings. But Scotty knows how to use 'self-talk' to calm himself down, which is a good thing, because it turns out that Macho is nervous, too! Self-talk is also good for remembering things, like how to prepare for launch, and where the blast-off button is!
