Your midday Illinois weather update
A Hydrologic Outlook is in effect for the Sangamon River system, as we're dealing with another round of wet weather moving through Illinois today. The National Weather Service reports we've already picked up half an inch to an inch and a half of rain, with more on the way. This morning starts dry but chilly at 38 degrees.
