Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Illinois this Tuesday morning, with rivers and streams running high from recent rainfall. While we're dry for now, the flooding concerns remain our top weather story as water continues to rise in several areas. Starting your Tuesday with temperatures near 31 degrees around 5 A.M., we'll see a nice warming trend through the day.
