Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Illinois today, with 31 active alerts affecting rivers and low-lying areas throughout the state. While we'll stay dry over the next 24 hours, the flooding concerns from recent rainfall continue. Right now we're sitting at 39 degrees, but temperatures will climb steadily through the morning hours.
