Up north, you're stuck in the gray with temperatures hovering around 33 degrees. It feels raw. but look downstate? Central Illinois is basking in 56 degrees sunshine. That's a 20-degree swing from top to bottom. Let's take a trip through the regions. In Chicagoland, you've got a chilly day on deck. Highs top out near 35 degrees. You might see some snowflakes flying between 11 A.M. and 4 P.M., though nothing really sticks. Winds around 15 miles an hour make it bite a little more. Tonight holds cloudy with a low around 27. and winds gust up to 30 miles an hour. You'll feel that one. Central Illinois is seeing the best of it today.
