With the election less than a week away Democratic Senators have a choice to make: continue to get steamrolled by a rogue, far right Republican Party or actually FIGHT. In this episode we’ll discuss the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett and make the case for expanding the Supreme Court. Additionally, Trump is already sowing doubts about the legitimacy of Tuesday’s election while Bernie Sanders makes a play for a spot in Biden’s administration. We’ll discuss the lead up to the most consequential election in modern history and close the show with some expectations about a future Biden administration, or *barf* four more years of Trump.
