There’s a lot of individuals and institutions that claim to be card-carrying members of the #Resistance; however, they’re not actually doing anything to resist President Trump in a meaningful way. Democrats in Congress recently showed once again that they have no courage to stand up to Trump and the Republicans, and the media does nothing more than focus on Trump’s flubbs (and couldn’t care less about policy). What does this all amount to? A political situation where a right-wing extremist party has free reign to do anything they want with little to no checks on their authority.
