Show Notes
Bernie Sanders finally unveiled his highly-anticipated ‘Medicare for All’ bill (S. 1804). We dedicate this episode to Bernie’s bill and discuss its support among Senate Democrats, the health insurance industry’s response to it, how Republicans plan to attack it, corporate media’s disengenuous coverage of it, and we’ll also call out some Democrats that are trying to pretend it doesn’t exist. We’ll also talk about Graham-Cassidy—the Republican Party’s new attempt to repeal and replace Obamacare—and whether or not this iteration of their so-called “healthcare reform” legislation has a chance of passing. For all things healthcare in politics, we’ve got you covered this week on the show today. Enjoy!
