The process of learning is not straight forward. I'm sure anyone reading this who has any experience working on skill acquisition will know the frustration of hitting walls and plateaus in training or learning. The way to deal with this, is to not care...and just keep training! but pull back on the intensity if you're feeling burnt out...just take it down a notch. Take stock. Think about where you want to be. What are your goals. Break them down smaller and laser focus on hitting smaller goals. Soon you'll be moving along just fine.
