I visited the NRLA conference to mix and mingle with members of the UKs largest landlords organisation. I met the great and the good including Paul Shamplina from Landlord Action, the CEO of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, Steve Harriot, (who gave some invaluable advice about deposits) and Inventory Hive - on why inventories matter.
What does the NRLA do for HMO investors? Should you become a member? Who was at the conference and was it any good?
