Even in the midst of coronavirus, the UK is seeing a massive increase in property prices! Why is this happening and what are the economic reasons behind this boom? Will it last?
I give my thoughts, research and input into this very perplexing state of affairs and shed some light on the three areas which influence the housing market - human psychology and behaviour, government policy, and banking practices.
I'll share my opinions about whether this will last, and what to do if you are investing in property or trying to buy a new home.
