How to Teach our Children to be Critical Thinkers

Katie Kimball, the founder of Kids Cook Real Food and Kitchen Stewardship, joins us again and shares her amazing insight on how we as parents can teach our kids to be critical thinkers! As we continue to navigate through a pandemic and the division in the world, there has never been a more important time to guide our children to think for themselves and have the courage to not succumb to the sheep mentality. Many of us from a young age we're told not to ask questions or even question authority. As we raise the next generation and the inheriters of our world, it's VITAL that we instill in our children to ask questions and be open to new information. As we become more awakened in motherhood, we learn that questioning things like the products we bring in our home, the food we put on our tables, and the traditional medical system is the beginning of discovering our truth and information that we can use to build healthier and happier families. Let's join together and not only help our children build their own critical thinking skills but ours as well!
