
Freedom from Defensiveness
Being defensive is a sure sign that we are resisting life and restricting love from flowing. In this episode, I share personal experiences of how my defensiveness causes me pain, suffering, and endless discomfort. I also share the truth of what it means when we are defensive and how we can decode this reaction to gain greater wisdom into ourselves, others, and the very experiences that evoke such deep feelings. Our understanding of this defensive mechanism allows us to feel more connected to ourselves and to others, which ultimately is what we are all truly seeking.
