Connecting to the Sacredness of Life, with Kristy LaMariana
What would life be like if we lived more in the present moment, with more authenticity, and the constant knowing that each kiss, hug, and word with our loved ones could be our last? How would life be different? I recently met this incredible woman, Kristy LaMariana. We connected right away, and it is evident that fate brought us together. In this episode, Kristy shares her gift to humanity. She inspires us to live with more presence and connectedness to life, others, and most importantly, ourselves. She has over 30 years of experience in the healing arts. She holds a Master of Science in Art Psychotherapy, is a Reiki Master in both Shamanic and Angelic lineages, is a certified Ericksonian Clinical Hypnotherapist, and is a trained Past Life Regressionist. Dr. Raymond Mood, the pioneer of near-death studies, also privately mentored her. He coined the term "near-death experience." Kristy shares how we as mothers can live with deeper intention and groundedness. We discuss what is beyond death and how we can approach our impermanence with more awareness, grace, love, and compassion, transforming how we live each day.
