Show Notes

Although journalling is essentially a private practice, I thought it might be rather lovely to see how we can still join together and experience how it feels as a virtual group.

During this session, I shared some of the different ways journaling can be used - and how I use it as part of my (almost) daily practice.

I also took a look at gratitude and a couple of techniques that we can use to build a gratitude practice - as something we do every day and as something we can give ourselves when it feels most needed.

This was a live virtual event, recorded on Sunday 22nd March.

"I am grateful for your session" "Very therapeutic to start writing things down"
