The first 14 minutes we talk about the obscene diet things we’ve heard from clients and crazy fad diets that are wrecking people. #pleasestop

14:40 - 5 Ways To Lose Weight Without Counting Calories

  1. Water - if you’re drinking the appropriate amount of water you’re likely to have less cravings, clearer skin, and not as hungry since you are staying hydrated.
  2. Eat enough protein - ideal range is .8-1.2g/lb of body weight. Protein is satiating so it will help keep you full longer, reduces cravings, and helps maintain muscle mass.
  3. Remove artificial sweeteners and sugar. The more you give into these cravings is to stop giving into them.
  4. Veggies - almost no one we know eats enough veggies. Aim to have a big ole salad with protein or 2-3 servings of veggies in a bowl with your favorite seasonings. Can be roasted, steamed, air fried, stir fried…however you like!
  5. Sleep! Sleep impacts everything. You need to get adequate sleep in order to function properly, feel satiated/full, and keep cravings at bay.
