A special Sunday episode! Today is Father's Day. I thought it would be fitting to drag my Dad, Andrew, into the studio to have a chat about his views on mental health, how he stays mentally healthy and about a whole BUNCH of other stuff. Dad and I speak about the separation between him and my mum (and how this impacted him), how a month-long stint in Juvenile detention at 15 changed his perspective and about the regrets he has had in life. Dad gives some solid advice. He's one of the best people I know. Hope you all get something out of this one! Love yas.
