New Zealand is almost ready to declare themselves virus-free. Why didn't the United States do the same kind of aggressive testing and contact tracing they did? Has our government decided to go for 'herd immunity' even though so far only 3 or 4 percent of the population of the United States has had the disease? Is a second wave very likely?
