Obstacles can stop you in your tracks or, with the right mindset, you can find the opportunities in these obstacles. Dan Sullivan of Strategic Coach has a great quote, all those things that seem to oppose our goals are actually the raw material for achieving them.
LESSONS:
- Write down a list of "obstacles" holding you back in any area of your life (Work / Career, Health, etc)
- Get creative with these obstacles. What action can you take that will move you through the obstacle and turn this obstacle into an opportunity.
- Take immediate action to transform your obstacles into an opportunity.
