Mark Meinke is the host of Operation Romeo Tango, an awareness podcast for veterans and 1st responders suffering from PTSD. He's also a suicide survivor.
It wasn’t that long ago when he read the story about veteran affairs offering up medical assistance in dying for a gentleman suffering from PTSD. His ears perked up because his podcast focuses on post-traumatic stress disorder for veterans and first responders.
He was shocked to hear that they were being offered “a way out” as opposed to a way through. Mark recently testified to parliament, shedding light on the debate when it comes to MAID and mental health, MAID for minors, and who can perform these procedures.
