Last week, the Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform, Paschal Donohoe, announced an update on National Development Plan (NDP) delivery and capital expenditure for the third quarter of 2024. The renewed plan was released in 2021, where it was evident travel infrastructure was and continues to be a focal part of the scheme.
