RTÉ's Top Earners luist for 2022 has been released. Ryan Tubridy tops the list, followed by the likes of Joe Duffy and Claire Byrne. The Irish Independent has also reported today that 60 people a day are facing prosecution for not paying their TV licence. Henry McKean joined Kieran on The Hard Shoulder with this report.
